| Job Description |
| 1. Regularly inspect the Kathmandu office premises and facilities (e.g., Water Treatment System, water pumps, generators, electrical installations, civil works, plumbing, air conditioning units, etc.). Determines the required repairs/maintenance works to keep the premises and facilities in good working condition all the time.
2. Assist the Logistics/Procurement Officer in designing the Preventive Maintenance Program for the aforementioned office facilities.
3. Perform/Oversee preventive maintenance related repairs on the aforementioned office facilities and recommends to the Logistics/Procurement Officer, the necessary repair works.
4. Coordinate with the Logistics Unit to ensure availability of fuel for all generators.
5. Coordinate with the Logistics Unit and Ground Keepers in monitoring and keeping track of the fuel consumption of all the generators.
6. Coordinate with the Logistics Unit and Accommodation Team in preparing purchase requests for maintenance spare parts and consumables. Regularly prepares and submits maintenance spare parts and consumables utilization report to the Logistics/Procurement Officer;
7. Supervise the work of the Grounds Keepers related to their performance of their maintenance-related functions. |
